For 25 years Small World Learning Center has been locally owned and operated by Suzette and Greg Matthews. They are proud of their reputation, having been voted East County’s Best Learning Center consecutive for over 18 years in a row by the community.

Small World offers care for infants 6 weeks old to children 12 years of age. Our state-licensed center is a warm, family-oriented facility where education and fun come together to become one. At Small World Learning Center, our leadership team is committed to providing the best care for your child. With over 25 years of experience, we ensure a nurturing environment that supports growth and learning. With small student-to-teacher ratios, and small class room sizes separated by ages families get the best care possible for their children. Small World’s certified teachers have been trained in infant/child and adult first aid and CPR, as well as ongoing continuing education.

On your initial visit, you will appreciate our combination-locked doors and secure playground. Once inside, you will find a deliberate division of age-specific classrooms, developmentally designed play places, and personal spaces, which collectively create an environment for your child to excel at all levels as they transition through their formative learning years. Secured entrances, background-checked staff, and detailed health protocols keep your child safe and protected in our care.
